Overview

The Oekos Group of Companies is a privately-owned real estate consortium which invests in commercial properties in the Mid-Atlantic region. In the early 1980's, Basil Economides, the founder of the Oekos Group of Companies, decided to diversify his holdings and invest in land in the Washington D.C. and Baltimore metropolitan areas. Oekos started developing residential communities in the United States in 1986 and since then has branched out into the acquisition, development, financing, management, and leasing of office and retail properties.

Mission

Our mission is to create value through an ever-growing strategic portfolio of long-term real estate holdings that are diversified in terms of location and use. That means making the correct initial selection of the real estate to be acquired and then constantly investing in its quality upkeep. Above all we invest in the relationships that we establish while engaged in the conduct of our business, knowing that ultimately our most valuable asset is our good name.
